Single or additional conditions of use or access may apply in specific scenarios and in such cases are additionally indicated within this document. By using our bot ProNick, Users confirm to meet the following
1. There are no restrictions for Users in terms of being Consumers or Business Users
2. Users must be older than 13
3. Minors may only use ProNick under parental or adult supervision
4. Users must obey all Information presented here

The Owner retains and reserves all intellectual property rights for any content on the platform.
Therefore, users are prohibited from using such content in any manner beyond what is necessary or implicit in utilizing the Service.
Specifically, users are prohibited from copying, downloading, sharing (beyond specified limits), altering, transforming, publishing, transmitting, selling, sublicensing, editing, transferring/assigning to third parties, or creating derivative works from Pronick's content. Users are also prohibited from enabling third parties to do so through their own accounts or devices, even unknowingly.
However, where explicitly stated on Pronick, users may download, copy, and/or share certain content for personal and non-commercial use, provided they correctly implement copyright attributions and any other attributions required by the Owner.
Any statutory copyright limitations or exceptions remain unaffected.
1. Falsely representing compliance with any conditions or requirements to access ProNick and/or use its services, such as claiming to be of legal age or qualifying as a Consumer.
2. Concealing one's identity, stealing another person's identity, or falsely claiming to represent a third party without proper authorization.
3. Manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of messages or posted content.
4. Engaging in defamation, abuse, harassment, or any other form of threatening behavior that violates the legal rights of others.
5. Promoting activities that endanger users' lives or the lives of others, including but not limited to suicide threats, encouraging self-harm, illegal drug use, or excessive alcohol consumption. Users are strictly prohibited from posting content that promotes, encourages, or depicts self-destructive or violent behavior on ProNick.
6. Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of ProNick's technical infrastructure, including its services or any connected networks, or breaching security or authentication measures.
7. Introducing malware into ProNick or its systems through installation, embedding, uploading, or any other means.
8. Abusing ProNick or its technical infrastructure, such as engaging in spamming activities.
9. Attempting to disrupt or tamper with ProNick's technical infrastructure in a manner that harms or excessively burdens the platform or its services.
10. Falsely pretending to make purchases of products offered via ProNick without genuine intent to do so.
11. Failing to pay for products purchased legitimately.
